
Refund and Compensation Policy
Global Pathways College
1. Purpose
Global Pathways College is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent refund and compensation process. This policy outlines the circumstances under which students may be eligible for refunds or compensation and the procedures for making such requests.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all students enrolled at Global Pathways College and covers tuition fees, deposits, and other payments made to the institute.
3. Refund Policy
Students may request a refund under the following conditions:
Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

If a student withdraws at least 14 days before the course start date, a full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

If a student withdraws within 14 days of the course start date, 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded.
Withdrawal After Course Commencement
No refunds will be issued if a student withdraws after the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), subject to supporting documentation.
Course Cancellation by the Institute
If Global Pathways College cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative course.
4. Compensation Policy
Students may be eligible for compensation under the following circumstances:
Disruption to Learning
If the institute fails to deliver a course as advertised, resulting in significant disruption to learning, students may be entitled to partial tuition reimbursement or alternative arrangements.
Service Failures
If Global Pathways College fails to provide agreed-upon facilities or services, appropriate compensation may be offered.
5. Refund and Compensation Request Process

Refund or compensation requests must be submitted in writing to the Administration Office.

Requests should include the reason for the claim, supporting evidence, and proof of payment.

The institute will review and process requests within 15 working days of submission.
6. Appeals Process

If a refund or compensation request is denied, the student may appeal the decision within 5 working days.

Appeals will be reviewed by the Refund and Compensation Committee, and a final decision will be communicated within 10 working days.
7. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure fairness, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
